1. I have placed an order but i haven't received a confirmation or shipping email yet?
If you are new to Born Hair Care your email provider may not recognise us and so will put our emails into junk or spam folders. If you still haven't received your email after a couple of hours then please do contact us.
2. I have tried using a discount code at checkout but it isn't working, please help?
Please check the code hasn't expired or has already been used.
Please note that discount codes are not valid for electrical items. We are not able to provide discounted prices on such items.
3. This product isn't right for me, can i please exchange it for something more suitable if i have used it once?
Yes of course! We want you to find the right products suitable for your hair or skin type, this is why we do what we do. Just send us an email explaining why you would like to return the item and we'll take it from there.
4. Is this product genuine?
Yes! All of our products found on our website are 100% genuine and authentic. We have long established relationships with our salon suppliers to ensure that you get the best hair and skin care at really good prices. If you still have doubts then please contact us directly for official confirmation from our suppliers.
